Personal data are encrypted and stored on secure servers in the EU (except MT Space). Backups of MT Space, Trooper Database, and MT Secure Upload are retained for 10 days.

Trooper AI Scan App stores data locally and may sync encrypted records with a connected CRM system, which then becomes the primary data processor.

We store data only as long as necessary or legally required and then securely delete it.

Visual data may be analyzed via our internal Trooper Cloud and selected external processors. Data are transferred securely and anonymized where possible.

While not generally intended, global analysis services may involve data processing outside the EU. These are protected via encryption and compliant agreements.

We use secure protocols to protect data in line with GDPR. Be aware that the internet is inherently insecure and some transmissions may occur over unencrypted networks.

We use Chatra (Roger Wilco LLC, USA) for real-time communication. The service is Privacy Shield certified. We may see what you type in the chat window to reduce response time.
