GOOD TO KNOW:
*Fees are charged for a full hour at the beginning of each hour (hour based payment).
We only charge against your prepaid budget. If you have no budget, we will not charge you, but your server will be stopped.
To create multiple servers, you need to have enough budget for at least covering 24h of each server.
To fully stop payment, you need to terminate the server!
You can stop anytime. PREPAID BUDGET IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
It's possible to rent monthly or yearly contracts with a discount. Please contact sales@trooper.ai for more information on business invoicing and contracts.
**For stopped servers (those blocking GPU resources, starting within seconds), you pay only 35% of the regular fee. For frozen servers (not garanteed start, depending on available resources, maybe needs reprovisioning and port changes), you pay only 10% of the regular fee. We recommend stopping for production server and freezing for backup/loadbalancing servers. NO REFUND FOR CONTRACTS IF STOPPED OR FREEZED. Please contact sales@trooper.ai in any question.
